Eric Cultice began his roofing career as a salesman, learning the trade from the ground up — materials, installation, insurance claims, and what homeowners actually need.
Commercial Experience
Expanded into commercial roofing sales, working with property managers and business owners across Dayton and Cincinnati on large-scale re-roofing projects.
Storm Response Expertise
After a series of severe Ohio storms, developed deep expertise in insurance claim navigation and emergency response — helping hundreds of homeowners through the process.
